Patient Info

The spine consists of 24 moveable vertebrae, sacrum, coccyx and pelvic bones . The main function of the spine is to protect the spinal nerves and spinal cord. These are the lifeline between the brain and body, regulating movement (coordination, strength and mobility),  sensation, and even organ functions.

Through injury these vertebrate can "misalign", causing nerve irritation, which can contribute to pain and poor health. Common symptoms also include tingling, numbness, headaches, weakness, fatigue and many others. Due to individual variation these symptoms can differ from person to person.  The role of a Chiropractor is to locate and correct these "misalignments", restoring a healthy functioning nervous system.
